I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at [email protected] with unedited opening video of the package showing every material clearly within 2 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money (using gift card) whichever is preferred.

Return Procedure and conditions
If you still wish to return the products back to us please follow the following process.

STEP 2: Once your return order is received and quality check is done, we will issue you a gift card of the item amount (excluding shipping charges if any paid).
Please note that for such returns, refund of amount is not possible and only gift card is issued (valid of 1 year).
- if the shipping is done through post office and found damaged only 50% amount will be refunded excluding shipping charges.
- If fragile products found damaged only 50% refund will be provided through gift card. ( fragile products includes acrylic cutouts and mdfs)
